Key Responsibilities

  1. HR Business Partnering (Core)
  2. Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and deliver tailored HR solutions.
  3. Support organizational design, workforce planning and core talent development to drive team and business growth.
  4. Coach line managers on performance management, leadership improvement and team effectiveness.
  5. Lead and support organizational change initiatives, and build and sustain a high-performance workplace culture.
  6. Analyze HR data and workforce insights to assist business and people-related decision-making.
  1. HR Operations & Compliance
  2. Ensure standard and compliant execution of end-to-end HR processes in line with labor laws and company policies.
  3. Drive HR process optimization and digitalization, improve data accuracy and overall operational efficiency.
  1. Employee Experience & Relations
  2. Maintain positive employee relations, handle employee issues professionally and confidentially.
  3. Support employee engagement and organizational health initiatives, foster a trusting and collaborative team culture.
  1. Talent Management
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent requirements, support full-cycle recruitment and talent pipeline building for key positions.
  3. Optimize candidate and employee experience to strengthen employer branding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in HRBP and/or talent acquisition
  • Proven experience partnering with business leaders as a trusted advisor
  • Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting within fast-paced environments
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Experience in HR process optimization and systems is a plus
