Stable Growing Company with room to grow! Job Details We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Administrator/Assistant to join our dynamic team! As a Construction Administrator/Assistant, you will be assisting the Estimating Manager and Team with administrative tasks related to responsible for planning, coordinating and managing construction projects for our firm. Responsibilities: 1. Assisting the Estimating Team in all administrative aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion. 2. Working with blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the scope of work and to facilitate project management. 3. Coordinating and communicating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. 4. Preparing, reviewing, and updating construction documents and contracts. 5. Maintaining project schedules, logs, and records of all project activities. 6. Assisting in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates. 8. Facilitating and coordinating meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and following up on action items. 9. Providing support in problem resolution and facilitating communication among team members. Requirements/Qualifications: A minimum of 1-2+ years of Construction Administrative experience in a similar role in the construction industry. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word) and other software. Must be a tech-savvy individual who works well with computer systems (creating/setting up files, downloading plans, etc...) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Knowledge of construction terms.
