California Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Representative to deliver personalized banking solutions to our educator and community members. In this member-facing role, you’ll open accounts, process transactions, discuss loans and credit cards, and educate members on digital banking tools. You’ll identify needs, recommend tailored financial products, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Collaborating with branch and lending teams, you’ll support community-focused initiatives while maintaining compliance, accuracy, and exceptional service in a fast-paced credit union environment. Provide in-branch and digital support for member transactions and inquiries Open and service checking, savings, and certificate accounts Recommend loans, credit cards, and other products based on member financial needs Educate members on digital banking, fraud prevention, and financial wellness Process loan and credit applications and gather required documentation Meet service and sales goals while maintaining high member satisfaction Ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with credit union policies and regulations Collaborate with branch, lending, and community teams on outreach initiatives Resolve member issues promptly and escalate complex problems as needed Customer service Cash handling Retail banking operations Sales and cross-selling Loan processing Credit analysis Digital banking platforms KYC/AML compliance awareness CRM software Financial needs analysis Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k FINRA Series 6 or 7 (preferred) State life/health insurance license (preferred) Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) (a plus)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
