Finance BSA Sr Developer

In this role you will lead and support Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules to enable accurate financial operations. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and IT to deliver compliant, scalable solutions. You'll drive process improvements, support month-end close, and coordinate testing and deployments. This is a hands-on finance technology position that shapes the efficiency and reliability of enterprise financials within a collaborative team. You'll work on transformation projects and leverage Oracle and tax integration expertise to deliver business value.

• Lead and support Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules (GL, AR)
• Support Oracle Projects modules (Project Accounting, Project Costing, Project Billing)
• Manage Vertex Tax integration with Oracle EBSR12 for accuracy and compliance
• Gather requirements and design effective solutions with stakeholders
• Drive process optimization for efficiency, controls, and reporting
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and enhancements
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team
• Coordinate testing efforts (SIT and UAT) and release management
• Participate in implementation, upgrade, transformation, and continuous improvement projects
• Troubleshoot integrations and resolve complex issues with developers
• Lead or participate in release planning and change control

• 10-12 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 Financials
• Deep expertise in Oracle GL, AR, and financial accounting processes
• Strong experience with Oracle Projects (including Project Accounting, Costing, Billing)
• Proven experience with Vertex Tax integration and tax compliance
• Solid understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting
• Proficient Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Interfaces, APIs, and Open Interfaces
• Experience analyzing application logs, troubleshooting, and coordinating with development teams
• Track record of supporting enhancements, upgrades, transformations, and productions support
• Experience participating in or leading 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Finance implementations
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CA, or Oracle Certifications preferred
• Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment
