Finance Manager - L5- Orlando, FL

In this role you drive program finance for the F-35 EOTS/DAS portfolio, spanning development, performance-based logistics, and sustainment. You will lead a finance team and act as the subject-matter expert on Earned Value and DFARS EVM, ensuring accurate cost, funding, and reporting across contracts. You'll partner with program management and functions to inform growth and investment decisions, while improving processes and standardizing reporting. This is a high-impact leadership role at a critical program with a strong mission. You will shape execution and financial governance in a high-performance, defense-focused environment.

• Lead and develop a finance analytics team across development, PBL, and sustainment with DFARS EVM reporting requirements
• Serve as the program SME for Earned Value and DFARS EVM, guiding policy interpretation and coordinating with Central Finance EVM SMEs
• Provide training on EVM tool implementation and cross-train analysts for coverage and continuity
• Develop and review DFARS EVM deliverables and other cost, funding, and reporting requirements across development, PBL/MRA, and sustainment & repairs
• Own the estimate-at-completion (EAC) and Contract Status Review process for the portfolio, including CEAC inputs
• Drive process improvement and standardization in Earned Value, DFARS EVM, and reporting practices
• Partner with program management, business operations, and functional leaders to inform growth and investment decisions

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in program finance, cost management, or business operations with Earned Value Management
• Working knowledge of DFARS EVM reporting requirements
• Demonstrated leadership or ability to lead and develop a team of analysts
• Must be able to support onsite presence 2 days a week
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
