Copywriter (Temp)

Responsible for brainstorming, creating, and transforming ideas into words for articles, ads, publications, and brochures within Regal Medical Group and Lakeside Community Healthcare's creative marketing department. Captures the company's brand, messaging, and tone through a variety of copy styles. Has a creative brain and is easily able to turn thoughts and concepts into compelling and persuasive copy.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Write copy for internal clients' ads, letters, brochures, and other forms of marketing to members
• Develop unique, new concepts
• Conceive, develop and produce effective campaigns
• Revise, edit, and proofread content as needed or directed by client
• Respond to feedback in a timely manner
• Work within tight deadlines
• Check copy for spelling and grammar errors
• Explore different ideas and concepts for both the visual and verbal elements in tandem with the creative team
• Work on long-term, consistent projects like newsletters, testimonials, and press releases

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $38 and $40 hour however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
