Deals Services - Supervisor, Strategic Finance and FP&A, Advanced Decision Modeling

In this role you will build and review complex financial models to support strategic finance, FP&A, and transaction work. You will analyze performance data to guide client decisions and support mergers, acquisitions, and capital structure initiatives. You'll prepare materials for executives and coordinate team workstreams while mentoring junior members. • Develop and review operating, cash flow, valuation, and transaction models for planning and deal decisions
• Analyze historical and current financial data to identify growth opportunities and risks
• Support M&A activities including due diligence, integrations, and divestitures
• Prepare client-ready analyses and executive presentations
• Coordinate engagement workstreams and guide junior teammates
• Utilize analytical tools to deliver accurate financial insights and ensure high-quality client service

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• 4-7 years of experience
• Advanced experience with integrated financial models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Foundational valuation skills (income and market approaches)
• Experience in client-facing engagements or advisory, banking, or corporate environments
