Operating Finance Compliance Manager

As a founding member of Pattern's regional finance team, you will own asset-level project financing administration and compliance for a defined geographic area. You will interact with internal and external financing counterparts to support closing and ongoing compliance, while monitoring asset financial performance and reporting. You'll analyze contracts and cash flows, forecast distributions, and contribute to management and external reporting. This role blends cross-functional collaboration with value optimization of a growing renewable asset portfolio, offering opportunities to streamline processes and drive financial excellence.

• Own project financing administration and compliance for a regional asset portfolio
• Manage counterparty consents, amendments, waivers
• Support successful project financing closings and restructurings
• Monitor and report asset financial performance externally
• Perform financial and contractual analysis; forecast cash and advise on distributions
• Execute management and external reporting deliverables
• Mentor/oversee junior team members as applicable
• Drive portfolio value optimization through administration platform improvements
• Lead workflow automation and ERP integration for compliance and reporting
• Oversee in-place project financing facilities for compliance and efficiency
• Contribute to cross-functional strategic evaluations and value optimization of assets

• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, contracts, finance, energy, banking, asset management, tax, or project management
• Substantive renewable energy and project finance experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills and financial administration proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
