Oversee ABM’s operational, financial, and strategic delivery of facility services for a large, multi-site semiconductor equipment manufacturer. Lead client relationships, site operations, budgets, compliance, and a multidisciplinary workforce while supporting expansion projects and driving service quality, reliability, and growth. Lead the account and maintain relationships with client leadership. Oversee sustaining facility services, including hard and soft services, cleanrooms, and critical utilities. Manage site budgets, labor resources, subcontractors, and account financial performance. Monitor KPIs, uptime, safety, compliance, and service quality; drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with project and corporate teams to integrate expansion projects with ongoing operations. Lead workforce planning, training, succession planning, and development for multidisciplinary teams.
