Business Process Consultant

In this role you translate business needs into technical specs within a consulting-focused IT environment. You'll work on agile-driven projects, align requirements with architecture and design, and support deployment and validation across systems like Charles River OMS. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to map current processes and drive improvements, contributing to client-facing projects in a management-consulting setting. • Create requirement specifications based on architecture/design detailing of processes
• Apply Agile processes and work with Charles River Development - OMS and Compliance (plus)
• Use HP Quality Center, RapidSql or Toad for testing and validation
• Support development, configuration, solution evaluation, validation and deployment
• Capture requirements related to internal/external consulting and map current business processes
• Coordinate planning and project management activities

• At least 3 years of experience in requirement specification and process detailing
• At least 3 years of experience with Agile processes
• At least 3 years of experience with HP Quality Center, RapidSql or Toad
• At least 3 years of experience in development/configuration/solution evaluation/validation/deployment
• Analytical and strong communication skills
