Business Systems Specialist

In this role you will support, maintain, and enhance ERP, PLM, and related manufacturing systems in a fast-paced aerospace setting. You'll partner with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and process efficiency, while enabling traceability of manufacturing parts, BOMs, and SOPs. You will drive continuous improvement and collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations to deliver impactful solutions. • Serve as the primary end-user support contact for ERP, PLM and business process issues
• Investigate and resolve system incidents to ensure business continuity
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional system improvements
• Support traceability, validation, reporting, and data integrity for BOMs, SOPs, and manufacturing parts
• Analyze processes and recommend system and process improvements for efficiency and compliance
• Coordinate issue tracking, testing, deployment, and resolution with users, technical teams, and external partners
• Assist with implementation, configuration, testing, upgrades, and deploying new functionality
• Develop ERP reports, dashboards, and data extracts for operational and management reporting
• Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and SOPs
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer to improve system adoption
• Monitor applications for performance, data quality, compliance, and stability
• Participate in month-end/year-end reporting and audits
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, auditors, and business partners
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, ERP, and PLM systems
• Maintain flexibility to support users across multiple U.S. time zones

• Bachelor's degree related field or equivalent experience
• 5 years of ERP support in an enterprise manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace
• 5 years' experience with Infor LN or similar ERP platform
• Strong understanding of material management, production, inventory control, engineering change management, and reporting
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• U.S. Person status per ITAR for export control and site security
