Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Consultant Kaminskiy Design & Remodeling | San Diego, CA $25 per hour 8% commission on project profit Variable hours; full-time hours are not guaranteed Kaminskiy Design & Remodeling is seeking an experienced, sales-driven Kitchen & Bath Designer to expand our kitchen and bath team. If you can accurately measure a space, create beautiful and functional designs in 2020 Design , guide clients through selections, and turn consultations into signed projects, we want to hear from you. You’ll work alongside our existing Kitchen & Bath Designer, helping homeowners move from initial ideas through design, selections, and contract signing. Success in this role requires initiative, consistent follow-up, and the ability to close profitable remodeling projects. What You’ll Do Meet with homeowners to understand their project goals, style, budget, and timeline. Take accurate field measurements and document existing conditions. Develop kitchen and bath layouts, cabinetry plans, and renderings using 2020 Design. Guide clients through cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and finish selections. Coordinate pricing and product information with vendors and internal teams. Present designs and proposals, communicate value, address objections, and close sales. Proactively follow up with prospective clients and keep projects moving toward contract signing. Help clients make decisions that fit their budget while maintaining project profitability. Maintain accurate client records, design files, and selection documentation. Provide a thorough handoff to production and assist with design questions during construction. What We’re Looking For Previous kitchen and bath design experience. Proficiency in 2020 Design—required. Ability to independently measure spaces and produce accurate layouts. Strong knowledge of cabinetry, materials, finishes, and kitchen and bath selections. Demonstrated sales and closing skills. Confidence discussing project budgets, pricing, and value. Strong organization, attention to detail, and client communication. A collaborative approach and accountability for sales results. Ability to travel to client homes and project sites throughout San Diego County. Compensation & Schedule This position pays $25 per hour plus 8% commission on project profit . Hours vary based on business needs and workload; full-time hours are not guaranteed . There is six-figure total earning potential for a designer who consistently closes profitable projects.
