Allied Universal seeks an Armed Security Field Supervisor for downtown Los Angeles (DTLA). In this role, you will lead and support armed security officers across multiple client locations, ensuring safety, visibility, and consistent service. You will conduct site inspections, coach officers, assist with scheduling and coverage, and respond to incidents and emergencies. The position requires strong communication, leadership, and attention to detail, along with strict adherence to safety protocols, firearms regulations, and Allied Universal’s standards of professionalism. Supervise and support armed security officers across multiple DTLA client sites Conduct site visits, inspections, and post checks to ensure policy and contract compliance Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and public safety as needed Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to field officers Prepare clear incident, inspection, and activity reports for management and clients Assist with scheduling, post coverage, and resolving staffing issues in the field Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and service Ensure proper use, care, and accountability of firearms and security equipment Security patrols Armed security operations Incident reporting Emergency response Access control systems Conflict de-escalation Team supervision Scheduling and post assignments Radio and CCTV monitoring Report writing Customer service Policy and procedure enforcement Risk assessment Training and coaching guards Basic computer proficiency Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state armed security guard license/guard card Current firearms permit meeting state requirements Clean driving record and valid driver’s license CPR/First Aid certification preferred Completion of supervisory or leadership security training preferred5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
