City Year AmeriCorps Members serve full-time in public schools, helping students build academic, social, and emotional skills. As part of a diverse team, you’ll provide classroom support, small-group tutoring, and individual mentoring in partnership with teachers and school staff. You’ll track student progress, participate in training and coaching, and grow your leadership and professional skills. City Year offers a collaborative, inclusive environment focused on social justice, youth development, and personal growth, with meaningful opportunities to make a direct impact in students’ lives.
