City Year seeks Academic Tutors & Mentors to serve full-time in public schools, helping students build academic skills, confidence, and engagement. In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one and small-group tutoring in core subjects, support social-emotional learning, and assist teachers with classroom activities. You’ll track student progress, contribute to schoolwide initiatives, and collaborate closely with a diverse team. City Year offers structured training, coaching, and leadership development in a mission-driven, inclusive culture focused on educational equity and student success.
