City Year is seeking an Academic Tutor & Mentor to support student success in partner public schools. In this role, you will provide small-group and one-on-one academic tutoring, reinforce classroom lessons, and help students build strong study habits. You will also serve as a mentor, fostering students’ social-emotional skills, confidence, and engagement in school. Working closely with teachers and a diverse AmeriCorps team, you will track student progress, contribute to a positive classroom climate, and participate in ongoing training and leadership development.
