Tutors help students strengthen reading comprehension, writing, vocabulary, and communication skills through structured, supportive sessions aligned with school goals.
Sessions emphasize clear skill development, confidence-building, and strong learning habits. Tutors typically lead weekly sessions across a 10-week program cycle, adapting instruction based on student needs and site logistics.

Qualifications- Minimum 60 college credits (Associate degree or in progress acceptable)
- Strong English Language Arts skills appropriate to the assigned grade band
- Experience working with school-age students (teaching, tutoring, camps, after-school programs, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Comfortable supporting learners with varied learning levels
