Maintain commercial building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building automation. Perform preventive maintenance, resolve equipment faults, close work orders, support tenant requests, coordinate vendors and help ensure compliance with safety, environmental and building-code requirements. Operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building automation systems. Conduct preventive maintenance and close work orders in the CMMS. Diagnose and repair equipment faults. Escalate issues and coordinate vendors when needed. Respond to tenant service requests and maintain reliable client spaces. Follow safety, environmental and building-code requirements.
