Vice President, Business Lead

In this leadership role at VaynerMedia, you own day-to-day client leadership for a portfolio with substantial revenue, aligning senior client objectives with the agency's vision. You drive strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and business growth across creative, media, analytics, and production disciplines. You'll partner with executive peers to scale client impact, manage profitability, and ensure timely delivery within budget. This position offers exposure to senior client stakeholders and opportunities to shape transformational campaigns in a fast-moving, culture-driven environment.

• Develop and nurture senior client relationships (VP/Director/BM with exposure to CMO/CEO levels) to align objectives and navigate challenges
• Implement and guide business growth strategies for clients and their brands
• Leverage core VM offerings (SOC, VVM, VaynerAOR, Consulting) to propose integrated solutions
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives (creative, strategy, media, analytics, production, PM) on strategic projects such as annual planning
• Drive incremental revenue and profitability for the client portfolio
• Input and manage top/bottom-line budgets by brand and ensure delivery within scope and budget
• Sell in new business and expand portfolios with existing and new clients
• Monitor client business health and operations efficiency, diagnosing and addressing issues promptly
• Lead and mentor teams, coordinate with IAT partners on large-scale projects
• Lead paid media campaigns across platforms with emphasis on social, and optimize channel mix
• Utilize agency and industry measurement tools (Nielsen, Comscore, MMM, brand lift, match market) to inform decisions
• Demonstrate strong production knowledge across formats from Social to large-scale productions
• Deliver compelling presentations and maintain high-quality reporting and spreadsheets

• Proven track record of growing a client's business to manage a $10-15MM revenue and profitability portfolio
• Experience leading integrated campaigns (social/digital/traditional/media) with or without agency partners
• Strong experience in new business pitches and portfolio expansion
• Confident facilitator of meetings and presentations
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced culture and adapt to market and product changes
• Experience running paid campaigns and advising on platform strategy to meet objectives (focus on social)
• Understanding of agency/industry measurement tools (Nielsen, Comscore, MMM, brand lift)
• Strong production knowledge across multiple formats
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent presentation (verbal, written, visual) and advanced spreadsheet skills
• Bachelor's or equivalent in relevant field (implied)
