Director of Business Systems Product Management

As Head of the Business Systems Product team within Verkada's CIO organization, you own the roadmap for core enterprise platforms that power sales, HR, procurement, and finance. You'll lead a multi-function product group spanning Partner Ecosystem, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and People, ensuring scalable, user-friendly systems with strong data governance. You drive strategy, make-vs-buy decisions, and build SOX-ready controls to support rapid, public-company growth. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping how Verkada operates at scale.

• Build streamlined features for pricing, approvals, checkout, payments, and fund requests to minimize manual work
• Recruit and coach 6-10 PMs to write requirements, manage roadmaps, and partner with business leadership
• Drive enterprise systems strategy, architecture, and roadmap to support scalable growth
• Define the systems roadmap, oversee make-vs-buy decisions, and establish standardized intake for requests
• Develop Partner Ecosystem & vStore capabilities for quoting, registrations, orders, and billing
• Oversee NetSuite O2C and financial close systems for finance
• Manage inventory, order processing, logistics, and integrations in supply chain
• Automate employee lifecycle systems and identity provisioning in People/HR; build data warehouse integrations
• Build SOX-ready controls and auditability across systems

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Finance, or Business
• 10+ years in product management or business systems, including 3+ years leading PMs
• Experience owning enterprise systems end-to-end across multiple functions
• Experience with both external-facing and internal-facing systems and a unified quality standard
• Design experience for multiple personas on a shared surface (seller, admin, finance)
• Depth in at least two domains: quote-to-cash, record-to-report, procure-to-pay, supply chain, or employee lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday or similar platforms, and integration patterns
• Basic SQL, Python, JavaScript, HTML to interrogate data
• Strong UI/UX collaboration and ability to review wireframes
• Experience presenting to executives, defending roadmaps and make-vs-buy decisions
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, move fast, and align diverse stakeholders
