We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Shift Leader to help oversee daily operations at Little Caesars. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, leading a team, and delivering great customer service.
Responsibilities

• 
  
• Supervise and support team members during shifts
  
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly
  
• Open and/or close the store as needed
  
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
  
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and prep
  
• Train new employees and reinforce company procedures
  
• Lead by example with a positive, energetic attitude
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
  
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
  
• Ability to stand xibtplm for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
