MUST BE BOARD CERTIFIED
Near San Francisco, CA
Facility: FQHC
Credentialing: 2-3 weeks
ASAP START
LOA: 3-6-month contracts available
Schedule: M-F
Patient Volume: 22-24 per day
Cases/Procedures: Bread-and-Butter Primary Care or Internal Medicine MD/DO
Wellness visits
Annual physicals
Sick visits
Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
Medication management and refills
ERM: EPIC
License: CA
Additional Information: 4 hours blocked off for admin time per week
1.5 MA's per provider
Peds Doc on site
Not accepting new grads
