Location: Pasadena, CA
Duration: March 1 October 31 (may be option to extend)
Schedule: Full-time preferred
Shift: Monday Friday 8a-5p (one hour for lunch)
Call: none
Patient volume: approximately 18 ppd
Scope: All ages or adult only. Outpatient primary care
EMR: Epic (experienced required)
Affiliated Hospital: 800 beds, level I trauma center
Group/support: MA support
Requirements: Clean NPDB (non-negotiable), COVID Vaccinated (non-negotiable), Board certified, CA license and California DEA
