Urgent: Hospitalist needed in NW California; Competitive Pay Location: Sonoma County, approximately 65 miles north of San Francisco Dates Needed:
  • 8/19 - 8/24
  • 9/14 - 10/1
Details:
  • Setting: Inpatient Hospital
  • Shifts: noon to noon 24 hr shifts, 12+ hours on 12 hours Call (on site sleeping arrangements and meals)
  • Requirements:
    • BE/BC IM/Hospitalist
    • Active, clean CA License
    • Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or unresolved cases)
    • Must commit to minimum of one 4-7 day placement unless otherwise noted. (Can accept more than one provider to cover the 3 weeks)
    • Must be skilled at emergent intubations, vents, lines (must sign off that you are qualified & experienced)
    • Must have ACLS certification
    • Must have rigorous hospitalist experience and submit logs for previous 12 months showing at least a handful of the aforementioned emergent procedures.
    • Must arrive early for 4 hr orientation (weekend-evening prior; weekday-morning of)
    • Must be committed to small town, rural/remote and underserved populations
