Role Description

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our team, full or part-time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families. To support balance and representation within our clinical team, we are especially interested in hearing from clinicians with experience or interest in pediatric and adolescent populations, eating disorders, and military-connected individuals and families.


Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy consistent with best practice and ethical standards

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-diagnostic evaluations

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to clients' strengths and needs

• Coordinate care with other clinicians, case managers, school faculty, and referral sources as appropriate to ensure optimal patient care

• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and progress monitoring

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives


Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or equivalent from an accredited program

• Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (current and in good standing) and compliance with state regulatory requirements.

• Individual insurance paneling is a plus

• In-depth knowledge of Mental Health therapeutic modalities, including diagnosing and treating.

• Strong clinical skills with children, adolescents, adults, and families

• Special interest and/or experience with:

- Men's mental health

- Pediatric and adolescent populations

- Eating disorders

- Military, veterans, and military families

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and teams.

• Experience with telehealth delivery a plus
