Our Roles:

  • Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flexible Scheduling options available
  • Locations: Irvine, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, Norwalk, Torrance, Studio City, Thousand Oaks, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, and more to find the option that works best for you!
  • Full-Time Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000+
  • PLUS Productivity Incentivesthat reward you for patient care access! Giving you more control of your own compensation and adding anywhere from $9k - $32k to your annual package.
  • Comp package based on job-related factors such as location, experience, and incentives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the PT
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, functional training, and selected manual techniques within PTA scope
  • Educate patients on exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery
  • Document patient progress accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with PTs, physicians, and clinic staff to support excellent patient outcomes
  • Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and professional development opportunities


Role Requirements:

  • Graduation from an APTA-accredited PT program
  • Current California PT license (or license-eligible)
