Kirsch Therapy is a pediatric private practice in Oceanside, CA, offering speech, occupational, and physical therapy services to clients aged 0-21. We provide treatment for individuals with developmental delays impacting fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, handwriting, ADLs and other abilities. Our goal is to create a fun learning environment and family centered approach to help our clients achieve their goals and their greatest potential. The clinic provides all materials, two large gym spaces and separate treatment offices. Come join our multidisciplinary team of 10 highly collaborative and supportive PT/OT/ST clinicians.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will work with children with a variety of developmental delays and disabilities. The day-to-day tasks associated with the role include assessing, planning, and implementing individual treatment sessions, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals and families.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic pediatric occupational therapy assessments and treatment skills
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Feeding therapy experience beneficial (will train)
• Passion for working with children and individuals with developmental delays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Timely and accurate documentation
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy or COTA certification
• Current state OTR or COTA license required
• Current CPR required
