Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in San Jose, CA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of conditions. Responsibilities include performing physical therapy sessions, guiding rehabilitation exercises, providing home care instructions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Candidates are expected to provide compassionate care and maintain accurate documentation of treatment progress.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
• Comprehensive understanding of Orthopedics and sports medicine
• Experience with developing take-home recovery plans
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of California
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred
