Job Summary
At The Mental Health Collective, we do psychiatry differently: collaborative, thoughtful, and deeply client-centered.
The Adjunct Psychiatrist provides leadership, coordination, and medical oversight in partnership with a dynamic multidisciplinary clinical team. This role is responsible for diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders primarily through medication management, with a strong emphasis on clinical precision, human connection, and individualized care. This is a part-time, role with hours driven by active caseload, including limited on-call coverage for assigned clients only.
