Job Summary

At The Mental Health Collective, we do psychiatry differently: collaborative, thoughtful, and deeply client-centered.

The Adjunct Psychiatrist provides leadership, coordination, and medical oversight in partnership with a dynamic multidisciplinary clinical team. This role is responsible for diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders primarily through medication management, with a strong emphasis on clinical precision, human connection, and individualized care. The Psychiatrist evaluates mood, personality, and behavioral disorders; collaborates with clients and treatment teams to establish accurate diagnoses; and prescribes medication to support stabilization, recovery, and long-term wellness. Weekly follow-ups for established patients can be booked flexibly for 30-60 minutes or more than once a week based on provider preference/clinical discretion

This is a part-time, role with hours driven by active caseload, including limited on-call coverage for assigned clients only.

Schedule & Compensation:

Part-Time; Onsite; Approximately 12-20 hours per week

Schedule is caseload-dependent and flexible

Compensation is variable based on caseload and services rendered
