• 8-hr shifts: 20 - 24 patients; 9-hr shifts: 24 - 27 patients
• Walk-in patients included up to 4 per shift
• Outpatient primary care setting all ages seen
• Services include pediatrics, adult, and women's health care
• EMR: eClinicalWorks
• Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working family patient population
• No back-to-back complex visits per scheduling guidelines
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
