You will carry a mixed panel of complex musculoskeletal and chronic pain patients, work directly alongside the physician owner on interventional procedures, and contribute meaningfully to treatment planning. The practice is intentionally sized to support thorough, relationship-based care rather than high-volume throughput. For a PA-C looking to deepen an interventional skill set in a collaborative, physician-led setting rather than a corporate health system, this position offers direct access to complex cases and hands-on procedural experience. What Your Week Looks Like Most of your time will be spent performing patient care and procedures at the Long Beach office, with occasional coverage at the Glendale satellite office and Encino office. A typical day includes: Established patient follow-ups Interventional procedures New patient consults and treatment planning in collaboration with the physician EMR documentation in AdvancedMD Case reviews and protocol discussions with the physician Caseload includes personal injury and workers' compensation cases. Experience in this area is strongly preferred.
