B. Braun seeks a Manager III, Quality Control to lead QC operations for pharmaceutical and medical products. In this role, you will oversee QC testing, documentation, and compliance with GMP and FDA regulations, while managing and mentoring a high-performing team. You will collaborate closely with manufacturing, R&D, and regulatory groups to resolve quality issues, drive CAPA, and support product launches. Lead quality control operations for pharmaceutical and medical products to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met Develop, implement, and optimize QC procedures, testing protocols, and documentation practices Supervise, mentor, and schedule QC team members, promoting continuous learning and collaboration Review and approve test results, deviations, investigations, and change controls Partner with manufacturing, R&D, and regulatory teams to resolve quality issues and support product launches Analyze quality data and trends, driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for process improvement Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other applicable global regulatory requirements Support internal and external audits, preparing reports and responses to findings Champion a culture of safety, quality, and innovation aligned with B.
