Provide training and support to staff on mental health practices. Proficiency in various psychological assessment tools and therapies. Strong collaboration skills, especially in a cross-disciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate clinical findings into actionable tech-driven solutions.
