In this Senior HR Business Partner role, you will be a strategic partner to the PXT team, shaping leadership development, employee experience, culture, and change management. You'll balance strategic insight with practical execution to align local leaders and centralized HR services with business priorities. You'll lead analytics-driven decision making, risk mitigation, and scalable HR solutions that impact the broader organization. Your work centers on driving an inclusive, high-performing culture while delivering excellent HR service. • Lead and develop a diverse HR team, elevating them to strategic partners who identify and mitigate organizational risks while delivering high-quality service
• Drive proactive risk management through early warning systems, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration
• Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health, driving innovation and scalable HR practices
• Partner with business leaders to implement integrated talent strategies and build succession plans
• Lead the use of analytics and AI tools to uncover patterns, predict risks, and inform senior stakeholder decisions
• Set and execute culture transformation strategies to strengthen organizational health, leadership effectiveness, and DEI initiatives
• Advance strategic adoption of HR technology, balancing automation with high-touch support for sensitive matters

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of HR experience or related experience
• Experience using data and high judgment to drive business decisions
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, talent management)
• Preferred: Master's or MBA, experience with large employee populations in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or similar environments
• Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR compliance
• Experience resolving sensitive employee relations issues
• Experience partnering with, coaching, and guiding senior leaders as a strategic HRBP
• Experience building and retaining high-performing HR teams and driving technology adoption
