As an HR Business Partner, you partner with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives across talent, engagement, and operations to drive business impact. You'll balance strategic and tactical work, guiding leadership on people practices and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture. You'll leverage data-driven insights and HR technology to improve employee experience, with potential to lead a small HR team and manage impactful projects. This role sits at the intersection of People eXperience and Technology (PXT) and Amazon Logistics, shaping workforce effectiveness at scale.

• Identify systemic patterns and root causes to improve site effectiveness while ensuring policy compliance and risk control
• Use data analytics to detect trends, forecast challenges, and implement proactive, measurable initiatives
• Design and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs to boost retention and morale
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, development, and complex employee relations to build inclusive teams
• Promote equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management)
• 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, logistics)
