Business Recruiter, Foundation (G&A)

In this role you will own end-to-end recruiting for Notion's Foundation (G&A) groups, partnering with hiring managers to shape talent strategy. You will craft creative sourcing plans for specialized roles, drive efficient hiring processes, and ensure a premium candidate experience. The role offers scope to influence hiring across People, Legal, and Finance in a fast-growing company that values human-centric, collaborative work. You'll work with AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes and help Notion raise the bar for hiring.

• Own full-cycle recruiting across People, Legal, and Finance from intake to close
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and leaders to understand business needs and navigate hiring challenges
• Develop creative sourcing and talent strategies for specialized roles using market research and outreach
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and maintain relationships throughout the hiring journey
• Leverage AI and modern recruiting tools to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Proven ability to source, assess, and close exceptional talent, including hard-to-find candidates
• Strong partnering skills with hiring managers to advise and influence decisions
• Proactive, data-driven approach to overcome challenges and drive searches
• Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and candidate experience
• Collaborative, curious, and willing to experiment with AI and emerging tools
