La Casa Health Care is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to coordinate clinical staffing for our senior care community in Belen, New Mexico. Help us find compassionate, qualified LVNs and other clinical professionals who support skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care. You will partner with nursing leaders to understand hiring needs, source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support hiring and onboarding. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and committed to a respectful, resident-centered approach.
