Associate Attorney/ Litigator

Full Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist in case preparation and trial proceedings.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Utilize writing skills to prepare correspondence and reports.
• Handle administrative tasks to support the legal team.

• Strong legal research skills using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
• Proficient in legal drafting and writing
• Experience working in a law office environment
• Familiarity with estate planning, environmental law, and other premium legal areas
• Ability to negotiate effectively and apply relevant laws
• Legal administrative experience is a plus
