The Dominguez Firm is an established and growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results for injured clients. We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic litigation team.

This role offers real trial opportunities , strong support staff, and the ability to manage meaningful cases while maximizing results for clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury caseload from filing through trial preparation and resolution
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and oppositions
• Take and defend depositions (plaintiffs, defendants, experts, PMKs)
• Appear at law and motion hearings
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel
• Work closely with paralegals, case managers, and support staff
• Conduct case evaluations and damages analysis
• Maintain compliance with California litigation deadlines
• Communicate with clients and provide clear case strategy updates

Qualifications

• ** Active California State Bar license (required)**
• ** 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience** (plaintiff side preferred)
• Experience managing cases independently
• Strong deposition, discovery, and motion practice experience
• ** Trial experience preferred**
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• ** Bilingual Spanish preferred**
