Litigation & Business Law Associate Attorney

SUMMARY:
Our client, a boutique law firm in Irvine, CA is seeking an Associate Litigation & Business Law Associate Attorney
RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Represent clients in settlement discussions and negotiations
• Advise business clients on compliance, risk management, and operational issues
• Draft and review contracts and business agreements
• Assist with entity formation and corporate governance
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions

• Active California Bar license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation, business law, or a combination of both
• Experience with civil litigation procedures
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
