Litigation Associate Qualifications
- Civil litigation experience, with a heavy emphasis on employer-side employment or commercial disputes.
- Demonstrated success in taking/defending depositions and drafting successful dispositive motions in California courts.
- Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school and active California Bar admission.
- Ability to work onsite in San Clemente or Downtown LA
