What You'll Do
As a vital member of the trial team, you will manage cases from inception through resolution. You aren't just filing papers; you are the "engine room" of the litigation process.

• Case Command: Prepare motion and discovery shells, manage expert coordination, and assemble trial/mediation/arbitration binders.
  
• Court Strategy: Handle state and federal filings with precision.
  
• Communication: Act as a key liaison between clients, opposing counsel, and court clerks.
  
• Calendar Mastery: Proactively schedule depositions, hearings, and motions using Prolaw to ensure the team never misses a beat.

Your Profile

• Experience: 5+ years of Insurance Defense litigation experience (required).
  
• Tech-Savvy: Expert-level proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and Westlaw. Experience with Prolaw or similar document management systems is a major plus.
  
• The "Silent Skills": You have a sharp eye for detail, can transcribe dictation efficiently, and possess impeccable grammar.
  
• Self-Starter: You are a master multitasker who can self-manage your desk while staying deeply integrated with your team.
