Location: On-site in Sacramento, California. This is an in-office role with no remote or hybrid option.

Note: Must be a licensed California attorney with litigation experience. Plaintiff-side personal injury experience is preferred.

Job Description: Handle plaintiff-side personal injury litigation matters from case development through resolution. Manage discovery, drafting, motion practice, and court appearances. Take and defend depositions. Assist with trial preparation and work closely on more complex litigation matters. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the court. Help evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy. Maintain an active caseload while delivering high-quality legal work. Collaborate with a team that values mentorship, preparation, and strong client advocacy.

Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree required. Active California Bar license in good standing required. Litigation experience required. Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills. Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and a litigation caseload effectively. Growth mindset and willingness to learn in a mentoring environment.
