Litigation Attorney

Qualifications:

• Admission and good standing with California Bar
• JD from accredited law school
• 3 - 10 years litigation experience
• Independent drive and initiative
• Excellent research and writing skills, including significant experience with law and motion
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Trial experience

Work Description:

• Address all aspects of a case from initiation to termination
• Develop and implement case strategies
• Manage case deadlines
• Handle court appearances, depositions and all other case contact
• Effectively communicate (oral and written) with client, opposing counsel, court and all others on a matter
• Ethically and efficiently track and bill time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
