Job Description: A well-established Irvine-based litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who enjoy practicing litigation, collaborating on case strategy, and working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The firm is open to attorneys from any civil litigation background and values strong litigators with excellent writing, discovery, and deposition experience over a specific practice area. Key Responsibilities:Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive filingsConduct legal research and prepare high-quality written work productManage written discovery, subpoenas, and document reviewTake and defend depositionsParticipate in mediations, settlement discussions, and case strategy meetingsCollaborate closely with partners on litigation strategy and case development Qualifications:Active California Bar membership in good standing3+ years of civil litigation experienceStrong experience with pleadings, motion practice, legal research, discovery, and depositionsTrial experience is not requiredExcellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skillsAbility to independently manage cases while working collaboratively within a team environment Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
