Jobot is seeking an Associate Attorney/Sr. Counsel to provide business-focused legal support to our fast-growing, tech-enabled recruiting firm. In this role, you will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on regulatory and compliance issues affecting professional, scientific, and technical services, and support dispute resolution. You will partner closely with leadership and business teams, translating complex legal issues into practical guidance while helping refine templates, policies, and processes in a collaborative, tech-forward environment that values transparency, performance, and innovation. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements for Jobot and its clients. Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and related documents. Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory, compliance, and risk issues affecting recruiting and staffing services. Support dispute resolution, including pre-litigation strategy, discovery, and coordination with outside counsel. Collaborate with leadership and business teams to structure deals and new service offerings. Manage a portfolio of matters, tracking deadlines, priorities, and deliverables in a fast-paced setting. Translate complex legal concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-lawyers. Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting professional, scientific, and technical services. Contribute to internal policies, templates, and process improvements to increase legal efficiency. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with Jobot’s tech-forward approach.
