Jobot is seeking a Plaintiff Civil Litigation Attorney to lead complex plaintiff-side matters for our clients in the professional, scientific, and technical services sectors. In this role, you will manage a litigation docket from intake through resolution, including research, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. You will appear in court, develop case strategies, and counsel clients while leveraging Jobot’s collaborative, tech-forward tools. This hybrid role offers meaningful client impact, strong earning potential, and a high-performance, people-centric culture. Manage plaintiff civil litigation matters from intake through resolution Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs Develop case strategy and advise clients on risks and options Lead and respond to discovery, including written discovery and depositions Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials as needed Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations and arbitrations Collaborate with internal teams and clients to move cases efficiently Maintain organized case files, deadlines, and compliance with rules Mentor junior team members on litigation best practices Contribute to process improvements leveraging Jobot’s tech tools Civil litigation Plaintiff representation Legal research and writing Pleadings and motion practice Discovery management Deposition preparation and defense Courtroom advocacy Case strategy development Settlement negotiation Client counseling Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active license to practice law in state of role Juris Doctor (JD) from accredited law school Strong trial or deposition experience5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
