Jobot seeks a Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement. In this role, you’ll evaluate claims, conduct legal research, and develop strategies to maximize case value. You will draft demand packages, negotiate with insurers and opposing counsel, and maintain consistent, transparent communication with clients. Leveraging Jobot’s tech-forward tools and collaborative culture, you’ll work closely with a skilled team to deliver efficient, high-quality results while helping clients navigate complex legal issues. Handle pre-litigation matters from intake through settlement for a high-volume caseload. Conduct legal research, evaluate claims, and develop case strategies. Draft demand letters, pleadings, reports, and settlement documentation. Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and insurers. Gather and analyze medical records, evidence, and damages documentation. Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff using modern legal tech tools. Maintain accurate case files, deadlines, and reporting in case management systems.
