Jobot seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to support clients in the professional, scientific, and technical services sectors. You will manage a varied caseload, from initial client consultation through resolution, handling research, drafting, discovery, and negotiations. Responsibilities include developing case strategy, preparing motions and agreements, advising on risk and compliance, and appearing in court or before regulators. Working in a collaborative, tech-forward culture, you’ll leverage modern legal tools, receive ongoing training, and directly impact client outcomes while advancing your career. Represent clients in complex professional, scientific, and technical services-related matters from intake through resolution. Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and advisory memoranda. Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and coordinating document review. Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials; present oral argument and negotiate with opposing counsel. Develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys and cross-functional internal teams. Advise clients on risk, compliance, and best practices, maintaining high standards of responsiveness and communication. Negotiate settlements, agreements, and contracts to achieve favorable client outcomes. Use legal technology tools and case management systems to track deadlines, filings, and case progress. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement. Collaborate in a transparent, performance-driven culture that leverages data and technology.
