Jobot is seeking a Sr. Attorney-Public Entity Defense to join our professional, scientific, and technical services team. In this role, you will handle complex public entity defense matters from initial assessment through resolution, managing pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and negotiations. You will advise public sector and institutional clients on risk, compliance, and litigation strategy while leveraging Jobot’s tech-forward tools. Collaborating in a people-centric, high-performance culture, you will help shape case strategy, mentor junior team members, and contribute to excellent client outcomes nationwide. Lead public entity defense matters from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and negotiations. Develop case strategy and provide risk analysis and practical guidance to public sector and institutional clients. Conduct and defend depositions, draft dispositive motions, and prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, or trial. Collaborate with internal teams and clients using Jobot’s technology tools to manage workloads and timelines efficiently. Mentor junior attorneys and staff, contributing to a high-performance, collaborative culture.
